John Cook, Hurst Pretender and radio presenter said this today:
“A huge thank you to [Hurst Pretenders] Paul May and Russell Taylor for coming into Mid Sussex Radio this morning to tell all our listeners about our thirteen hour, non-stop walking football marathon at Hurst College to raise funds for the development of our club and much needed funds for Sussex Cancer Fund.
Russell, who is also a Volunteer Ambassador for Sussex Cancer Fund, commented that SCF provides three types of support 1) Patient care and comfort, 2) Equipment and 3) Cancer research / clinical trials. He added that all monies raised in Sussex are spent in Sussex for our Community.
